Do you want to become a proctor parent?
What is a proctor parent?
Proctor Parents play an important role in supporting and shaping the lives of youth involved with the Oregon Youth Authority (OYA).

As a Proctor Parent with Polk Youth Services, you will provide a safe, supportive, and structured home environment where youth can develop the skills, attitudes, and behaviors needed to build a brighter future for themselves, their families, and their communities all while remaining in your care and living in your home.

Proctor Parents are a critical part of the continuum of care for OYA youth. Polk Youth Services works in partnership with OYA and Proctor Parents to ensure youth have consistent access to services, resources, and individualized support while they live and grow in the care of their Proctor home.
