Polk Youth Services (PYS) is dedicated to uplifting and guiding youth in Oregon — especially those on probation, parole, or with foster care experience. We serve youth of all genders through two impactful programs, each tailored to meet unique needs.

 

Our Independent Living Program (ILP) empowers youth with mentorship, treatment, education, leadership development, life skills training, and community-building events — all designed to prepare them for confident, independent adulthood.

 Our OYA Proctor Home Program provides a structured, supportive environment focused on mental health, substance use recovery, relationship-building, and community integration — helping youth heal, stabilize, and build meaningful connections.
